JaTy’s story: from an idea for friends to a place for new connections
JaTy’s story begins with an idea that appeared around 2017. A dating site of our own could give people space for new connections and real conversation. It started as a project for friends. From the start, there was a person behind the name and a wish to do things our own way.
Today, JaTy attracts new users and grows with its community. In 2026 we are building a Polish alternative to the biggest dating apps and websites. We want to reach more singles while keeping the service straightforward and accessible. Growth matters to us when it helps create a place people enjoy returning to.
We do not want JaTy’s story to end with the story of the company. The interesting parts come later: the first question, a longer conversation or a shared interest you did not expect. A website can open the door, but people decide what happens next. That is why we want taking the first step to be easy.
What does a truly free dating site mean to us?
Free registration is an easy promise to make. Ours goes further: chats, hearts, matching, browsing profiles and searching on JaTy are available without paying. You do not need premium to use these features. You are not activating a trial that later requires you to remember to cancel a subscription.
We want the decision to start a connection to come from curiosity about another person. Do you like their description? Do you share interests? Would you like to send a message? Those are more useful questions than which plan unlocks another possibility. Free access is how JaTy provides its dating features, not just a phrase above a registration form.
Free access also comes with respect for other people. JaTy has rules for profiles, photos and messages, and we work to address spam and abuse. Everyone has their own pace, boundaries and the right to end a conversation. A good place to date should recognise that side of meeting people as well.

We do not use your data for remarketing
Dating involves personal matters. We do not use user data for remarketing or advertising profiling, and we do not sell personal data. We do not want to turn your search for a connection into an advertising profile. You can create an account by email; logging in with Facebook is an additional, optional choice.
